These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STAR CREDIT™ website, educational resources, consultations, coaching programs, and other services made available by STAR CREDIT™, operated by Star Vision Enterprises LLC (“STAR CREDIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting information, scheduling a consultation, purchasing or enrolling in a service, or otherwise using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Certain services may be governed by a separate written service agreement, enrollment agreement, authorization, disclosure, or other contractual document. If a separate agreement applies to a particular service, that agreement will govern that service to the extent of any conflict with these general website Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or disclosures that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
Nature of Services
STAR CREDIT™ provides financial education, credit education, coaching, consulting, credit-related support services, and other financial-readiness resources designed to help consumers and businesses better understand and manage their financial profiles.
Depending on the service selected, STAR CREDIT may provide educational guidance regarding credit reports, credit scoring factors, credit optimization, financial readiness, business credit, funding preparation, consumer rights, and strategies for addressing information appearing on consumer credit reports.
Certain services may also include assistance with reviewing credit-report information, identifying information a client believes may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise questionable, and supporting the client in exercising rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
STAR CREDIT does not control credit bureaus, creditors, debt collectors, lenders, financial institutions, or other third parties and cannot require any third party to remove, modify, approve, report, or otherwise take any particular action.
STAR CREDIT does not guarantee credit-score increases, deletion of information, financing or funding approvals, specific credit limits, interest rates, loan terms, or any other particular financial outcome.
Services are intended to provide education, guidance, support, and assistance based on each client’s circumstances. Individual results and timelines vary.
No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
STAR CREDIT™ provides educational information, coaching, consulting, and credit-related support. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through our website, educational materials, consultations, communications, or services is for general educational and informational purposes and should not be considered legal, tax, investment, accounting, or individualized financial advice.
STAR CREDIT is not a law firm, accounting firm, lender, bank, credit bureau, or financial institution. Nothing provided by STAR CREDIT creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, lender-borrower, or fiduciary relationship.
Clients and website visitors are responsible for evaluating their individual circumstances and should consult an appropriately licensed attorney, tax professional, accountant, financial professional, or other qualified professional when advice specific to their legal, tax, investment, or financial circumstances is required.
Decisions involving credit applications, financing, borrowing, debt repayment, business formation, taxes, legal rights, or other financial matters remain the responsibility of the individual or business making those decisions.
Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing STAR CREDIT™ with accurate, complete, and current information when requesting or receiving services. Clients should promptly notify STAR CREDIT of material changes that may affect the services being provided.
Clients are responsible for reviewing information, documents, correspondence, credit reports, recommendations, and other materials provided or discussed during the course of services and for notifying STAR CREDIT of any information they believe is incorrect or requires clarification.
Clients must not knowingly provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information or documentation. STAR CREDIT may decline, suspend, or discontinue services where information provided cannot reasonably be verified, where requested documentation is not supplied, or where STAR CREDIT reasonably believes its services are being used for an unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
Clients remain responsible for their own financial decisions, applications, accounts, debts, payments, communications with creditors or lenders, and compliance with obligations owed to third parties unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement.
Third-Party Services & Platforms
STAR CREDIT™ may use or provide access to third-party platforms, products, websites, and service providers in connection with our services. These may include credit-monitoring providers, secure client portals, appointment-scheduling platforms, payment processors, communication providers, customer-management systems, financial institutions, lenders, and other technology or service providers.
Third-party services are independently operated and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, eligibility requirements, security practices, and service limitations. STAR CREDIT does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, performance, decisions, policies, or actions of independent third-party providers.
Where a client chooses or is required to establish an account with a third-party provider, the client is responsible for reviewing and complying with that provider’s applicable terms and maintaining the security of their account credentials.
STAR CREDIT may receive compensation, referral fees, commissions, or other benefits from certain third-party relationships where permitted by applicable law. When a material financial relationship requires disclosure, STAR CREDIT will provide appropriate disclosure.
The inclusion, recommendation, or availability of a third-party service does not constitute a guarantee that the service will be appropriate for every client or that any particular outcome will result from its use.
Credit Reports, Credit Monitoring & Third-Party Data
STAR CREDIT™ may review or discuss credit-report information, credit scores, account information, monitoring data, or other financial information that a client lawfully obtains or authorizes STAR CREDIT to access in connection with the services being provided.
Credit reports, credit scores, monitoring information, and other third-party data are generated or maintained by independent credit reporting agencies, scoring companies, creditors, data furnishers, monitoring providers, or other third parties. STAR CREDIT does not create or control this information and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued reporting.
Credit scores may vary between providers because different credit bureaus, scoring models, model versions, data sources, and calculation methods may be used. A score displayed through a consumer credit-monitoring service may therefore differ from a score used by a lender or other financial institution.
Clients are responsible for maintaining any required third-party monitoring accounts and for reviewing the applicable provider's terms, fees, cancellation policies, and privacy practices.
STAR CREDIT does not guarantee that information appearing on a credit report will be deleted, corrected, updated, or otherwise changed as a result of any review, communication, dispute, or other action. Credit reporting agencies, furnishers, creditors, collectors, and other third parties make their own determinations regarding information they maintain or report.
Fees, Payments & Billing
Fees, payment schedules, billing terms, and any applicable recurring charges for STAR CREDIT™ services will be disclosed before enrollment or purchase and, where applicable, documented in a separate service or enrollment agreement.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable pricing and payment terms before authorizing a transaction or enrolling in a service.
STAR CREDIT will charge or collect fees only as permitted by applicable law and in accordance with the terms governing the particular service. Nothing in these Terms authorizes STAR CREDIT to collect payment in advance where advance payment is prohibited by applicable federal or state law.
Where recurring billing is legally permitted and authorized by the client, charges will be processed according to the applicable authorization or service agreement. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and promptly notifying STAR CREDIT of changes that may affect authorized payments.
Third-party products or services may carry separate fees charged directly by the applicable provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those charges are separate from fees charged by STAR CREDIT and are governed by the third party's terms.
Any refunds, cancellations, or termination rights will be governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Cancellation & Termination
Clients may request cancellation or termination of services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement and any rights provided by applicable law.
Certain services may be subject to specific statutory cancellation periods, notices, or procedures under federal or state law. Where such requirements apply, STAR CREDIT™ will provide the applicable cancellation notice or instructions separately as required by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce, waive, or replace any non-waivable cancellation right available to a consumer.
Cancellation of a STAR CREDIT service does not automatically cancel subscriptions, accounts, or services maintained directly with independent third-party providers. Clients are responsible for separately managing or canceling third-party services according to the applicable provider's terms.
STAR CREDIT may suspend or terminate access to services where permitted by applicable law and contract, including for material breach of an applicable agreement, fraudulent or unlawful activity, misuse of services, failure to provide information reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of our systems.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that reasonably survive termination.
No Guarantees & Results Disclaimer
STAR CREDIT™ does not guarantee any specific credit score, score increase, deletion, correction, funding amount, credit limit, approval, interest rate, financing term, timeframe, or other financial outcome.
Credit and financial outcomes depend on numerous factors outside STAR CREDIT’s control, including the information contained in a consumer’s credit files, actions taken by the consumer, credit reporting agencies, creditors, data furnishers, debt collectors, lenders, financial institutions, scoring models, underwriting standards, market conditions, and other third parties.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, educational illustrations, or descriptions of past client experiences are provided for informational purposes only. They represent individual circumstances and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or representation that another individual will achieve the same or similar results.
STAR CREDIT cannot guarantee that a credit reporting agency, creditor, collector, data furnisher, lender, or other third party will take any particular action in response to a dispute, request, application, communication, or strategy.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining positive financial habits, making required payments, managing their accounts, reviewing their credit information, providing accurate information, and making their own financial decisions.
No statement made on the STAR CREDIT website, in educational materials, during consultations, through marketing, or by a team member should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular result unless expressly stated in a written agreement and legally permissible.
Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through the STAR CREDIT™ website and services—including text, educational materials, guides, graphics, designs, logos, branding elements, frameworks, videos, downloads, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to STAR CREDIT and/or Star Vision Enterprises LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
STAR CREDIT grants website visitors and clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use applicable materials for their own personal or internal business purposes, subject to any additional terms associated with a particular product or service.
STAR CREDIT content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, licensed, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, used to create competing products or services, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Use of the ™ symbol indicates a claim of trademark rights and does not necessarily represent federal registration.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the STAR CREDIT™ website, services, educational materials, client systems, and communications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable service agreement.
You may not use STAR CREDIT services or systems to submit information you know to be false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized; impersonate another person; misuse another individual’s identity or credit information; interfere with the operation or security of our website or systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or information; or engage in conduct that violates applicable law.
Clients must not knowingly request STAR CREDIT to challenge, dispute, misrepresent, or seek removal of information solely because it is unfavorable when the client knows the information being represented is accurate. Clients are responsible for providing truthful information regarding accounts, transactions, identity, and circumstances relevant to services they request.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit STAR CREDIT materials, systems, processes, or proprietary resources except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law.
STAR CREDIT reserves the right, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably determine that our website, systems, or services are being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in material violation of applicable agreements.
Website Availability & Modifications
STAR CREDIT™ may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or change portions of its website, educational materials, features, programs, or service offerings from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STAR CREDIT™, Star Vision Enterprises LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the website, educational materials, or services.
STAR CREDIT is not responsible for decisions or actions taken independently by credit reporting agencies, creditors, data furnishers, debt collectors, lenders, financial institutions, credit-scoring companies, government agencies, or other third parties.
STAR CREDIT is also not responsible for losses resulting solely from inaccurate information supplied by a user or client, unauthorized use of third-party accounts, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside STAR CREDIT’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Any additional limitations applicable to a particular paid service may be stated in the applicable service agreement, subject to applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless STAR CREDIT™, Star Vision Enterprises LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or fraudulent use of the website or services, your material violation of these Terms, or information or documentation you knowingly provide without authorization or knowing it to be false or fraudulent.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify STAR CREDIT for STAR CREDIT’s own violation of applicable law, breach of contract, negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to the consumer.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies and is not otherwise determined by mandatory law, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable federal, state, or local law or to require a consumer to waive protections that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to These Terms
STAR CREDIT may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will remain subject to the applicable service agreement and any notice or consent requirements imposed by law.
